Victor Cheng has been voted one of the top DJ’s in Taiwan, but he considers himself more as an aficionado of quality dance and electronic music. He simply likes to share his passion for music with his peers and other party people. That’s why his career has spanned 20 years, and has taken him across Asia to Tokyo, Seoul, HongKong, BeiJing, ShangHai, Singapore, KL and Phuket, as well as Croatia. Victor created the first ever monthly gay party in Taiwan called “Paradise Party” in 1995. He has been one of the most important DJs for Taiwan’s gay and straight club scene throughout the past 10 years. His music style is a mixture of House/ Tribal/ Electro-House, with an exceptional mixing skill and an unbelievable sence of his surroundings creating the perfect party mood.Victor has release two DJ-Mix compilation CDs, his debut in May 2002, and his second "Ricochet" in 2004, release by Avex Trax. His most recent accomplishment was performing at Ageha Tokyo in September 2006, June 2007, and February 2008, the closing party at “Nation” on Phuket Island in both November 2005 and October 2006, Fantasia in Bangkok on October 2007. He has been a resident DJ at “AXD/TeXound” (The Best Club for underground dance music scene in Taipei) for the past 7 years and he also frequently guest DJ in the other major cities in Taiwan. He has played at a host of parties and events, including Sasha, Carl Cox, Murk, Tom Stephan, as well as Taipei Gay Pride 2004, 2005, 2006 and 2007.

"Works: 2001-2008" is not only a mix recording session that shows Victor Cheng as a talented DJ, but also a professional remix/mash-up collection that demonstrates his skills as a full-on dance music producer. All of the songs in this session were originally mash-up/remixed/re-edited by Victor Cheng himself. Tracks like “Vogue” and “Shout” have been played by Tom Stephan on his DJ radio show in UK, and received high praise from the audience.
